Samsung sues Apple to see its next gen iPhone, iPad

Samsung wants to see advance copies of the next-generation iPhone and iPad and is suing Apple for it.
According to the UK Daily Mail, Samsung says it needs details on the latest Apple products being developed to avoid facing infringement claims similar to the one Apple had made against it last month.
In its lawsuit, Apple said Samsung had copied their 'technology, user interface and innovative style'.
The report adds the South Korea-based company has demanded that samples be handed over by June 13.
The report also said that last week a judge ruled in favour of Apple's request for 'unexpedited discovery' regarding prototypes being developed by Samsung, which they must hand over within 30 days.
